Nurnberg will be happy with the sole point they picked up in a goalless draw against Hoffenheim, which improves their chances of saving relegation this season. Home side goal keeper Raphael Schafer was instrumental in keeping the visitors at bay making sure that his side extended their run to three games without a loss.
Hoffenheim have now failed to find the back of the net in three consecutive games leaving them with only victory in the past seven games.

Hertha Berlin’s hopes of avoiding relegation were dealt a severe blow when they wasted a first half lead to go down in stoppage time against the visiting Nurnberg.
Hertha were in the lead in the 36th minute as Theofanis Gekas put them ahead with a superb effort but his side could not keep building the pressure until Albert Bunjaku leveled things for the visitors in the 61st minute.
The crowd was literally left shocked in the final minutes of stoppage time as Angelos Charisteas drove his side home with a winner.

Nunberg ended Bayer Leverkusen's unbeaten record this season but were made to sweat for the victory at the Franken Stadion.

Two goals in as many first-half minutes from Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting and a Mickael Tavares strike 10 minutes into the second half put the Bavarians well on course for all three points.

Stefan Kiessling (66) and Patrick Helmes (73) reduced the arrears but Nurnberg held onto all three points which take them out of the bottom three.
