ADO Den Haag

Twente Enschede 3 - 1 ADO Den Haag Round 27

FC Twente stretched their domestic run to 28 games without a loss, even after suffering an early obstacle. Wesley Verhoek’s first minute goal was equalized by the home side’s Bryan Ruiz after which Kenneth Perez ensured victory for Steve McClaren’s team.
The outcome has moved them to five points ahead of PSV Eindhoven who are travelling to 3rd placed Ajax later this Sunday.
The visitors shocked the nearly 20,000 home fans in attendance as Ronnie Stam’s weak back pass from the head allowed Verhoek to find the back of the net with a left footer.

ADO Den Haag 1 - 1 Vitesse Arnhem Round 26

The relegation battle at Het Zuiderpark saw ADO Den Haag come from behind to salvage a point against rivals Vitesse Arnhem. Lasse Nilsson worked well to put the visitors in the lead but Christian Kum’s header ensured that both teams shared points.
Vitesse looked better of the two teams in the first half but relied too heavily on free-kicks for their scoring opportunities. ADO however did create attacking opportunities but failed to convert them.
